Essentiae del Salento nasce agli inizi del 2007 nel lembo estremo del tacco d’Italia, con lo scopo di produrre gli elisir e marmellate, mantenendo rigorosamente le tradizionali ricette e le antiche procedure osservate fin dai tempi più remoti.
Absolutely natural, our products are handcrafted without the use of preservatives, colorants or chemical additives.
The strong and enduring aroma, intense and unmistakable taste and vibrant color are all due to the exclusive production process and, above all, the use of selected fresh ingredients.
For infusion, we use untreated seasonal fruits, organically grown and harvested the day before they are infused.
The peeling of citrus fruit is done manually.
Seasoning takes place in the dark and filtering with linen cloth for free fall.
The traditional process makes our elixirs unique, genuine and of high quality.
The jams and preserves are cooked in a double boiler, allowing certain products to retain their distinct pieces.
