Carob Liqueur
Un liquore nato dall'infusione a freddo di baccelli di carrube salentine raccolte nel periodo di maturazione.
This liqueur was diluted with herbal teas of infused fruit to obtain a unique and intense flavor and to extrapolate the active ingredients as by alcoholic infusion and as by maceration in hot water.
Its characteristic is given by the warm and enveloping taste of the carob beans, considered in pastry as a substitute for cocoa.

LIME LIQUEUR
This liqueur was born from the cold infusion of mint, ginger and fresh lime peels which were harvested during their maturation period and peeled by hand.
Was diluted with botanicals infuse of herbal teas to obtain a unique and intense flavor and to extrapolate the active ingredients by alcoholic infusion and by maceration in hot water.
Has a strongly citrus and refreshing taste, thanks to the unmistakable aromas of lime and mint.

This liqueur was diluted with the infused fruit teas to obtain a unique flavor, but intensely spicy only for chilli peppers, and to extrapolate the active ingredients both by alcoholic infusion and by maceration in hot water.
At the first sip the taste is explosive and very spicy, then the delicate notes of almonds and pasty of saffron take over.
Alla vista predomina il giallo fuoco dello zafferano, all'olfatto il profumo delle mandorle e al gusto l'invadente piccantezza dell'Habanero.
Strongly digestive, it is a natural disinfectant and warmer.

L'originale connubio tra il gusto tenace delle foglie di ulivo e la fragranza amabile e frizzante degli agrumi, saggiamente miscelate secondo un'antica ricetta salentina, conferisce al prodotto ottime proprietà digestive.
Al palato rimane un gusto intenso e rinfrescante dell'arancia amara miscelato al sapore legnoso ed erbaceo delle foglie di ulivo, il tutto avvolto da un retrogusto speziato.
