Olive liqueur
This liqueur was born from the cold infusion of olive leaves and fresh peel of bitter oranges and lemons from Salento.
The fruits are organic and harvested during the ripening period.
This liqueur has been diluted with infused leaves and fruit teas to obtain a unique and intense flavor and to extrapolate the active ingredients both by alcoholic infusion and by maceration in hot water.
The original combination of the tenacious taste of olive leaves and the sweet and sparkling fragrance of citrus fruits, wisely mixed according to an ancient Salento recipe, gives the product excellent digestive properties.
An intense and refreshing taste of bitter orange remains on the palate mixed with the woody and herbaceous flavor of olive leaves, all wrapped in a spicy aftertaste.
Combinations:
- come digestivo a fine pasto a 10°servito in un bicchiere da liquore;
- utilizzato per cuocere carni rosse, agnello o selvaggina;
- in gocce o vaporizzato nei cocktails e come aperitivo per conferire un aroma erbaceo, legnoso ed agrumato.
Filter method: cotton swab.
