Un liquore nato dall'infusione a freddo di foglie e bacche di alloro ed erbe salentine raccolte nel periodo di maturazione.
This liqueur has been diluted with infused leaves and fruit teas to obtain a unique and intense flavor and to extrapolate the active ingredients both by alcoholic infusion and by maceration in hot water.
The characteristic and intense aroma of bay leaves, mitigated by a mix of fresh fragrances of Salento herbs, give the product amazing digestive properties.
Al palato rimane un gusto intenso dell'alloro e fresco balsamico delle erbe.
Carciofo – 500 ml
Un liquore nato dall'infusione a freddo di frutti e foglie di carciofo e scorze fresche del pompelmo rosa raccolti nel periodo di maturazione.

The herbaceous and bitter taste of the artichoke and the delicate and sweet fragrance of the pink grapefruit give the liqueur an intense purifying and digestive property.
Al palato rimane un gusto delicato sia pur tendente all'amarognolo gradevole unito alla rinfrescante fragranza del pompelmo rosa, con un pizzico di retrogusto speziato.

Carob Liqueur
Un liquore nato dall'infusione a freddo di baccelli di carrube salentine raccolte nel periodo di maturazione.
This liqueur was diluted with herbal teas of infused fruit to obtain a unique and intense flavor and to extrapolate the active ingredients as by alcoholic infusion and as by maceration in hot water.
Its characteristic is given by the warm and enveloping taste of the carob beans, considered in pastry as a substitute for cocoa.

Finocchietto Selvatico – 500 ml
WILD FENNEL LIQUEUR
Un liquore nato dall'infusione a freddo di finocchietto selvatico salentino raccolto nel periodo di maturazione.
Diluito con le tisane dell'intera pianta, e soprattutto con i suoi semi infusi per ottenere un sapore unico ed intenso e per estrapolare i principi attivi sia per infusione alcolica che per macerazione in acqua calda.
The intense aromatic and refreshing taste remains persistent on the palate, thanks to its unmistakable and characteristic flavor.

Lime – 500 ml
LIME LIQUEUR
This liqueur was born from the cold infusion of mint, ginger and fresh lime peels which were harvested during their maturation period and peeled by hand.
Was diluted with botanicals infuse of herbal teas to obtain a unique and intense flavor and to extrapolate the active ingredients by alcoholic infusion and by maceration in hot water.
Has a strongly citrus and refreshing taste, thanks to the unmistakable aromas of lime and mint.

Peperoncino – 500 ml
Chilli Liqueur
Un liquore nato dall'infusione a freddo di peperoncini Habanero e "Guardacielo" salentini, mandorle amare e dolci di Toritto (presidio Slow Food) e zafferano puro in pistilli.
The fruits are harvested during the ripening period.
This liqueur was diluted with the infused fruit teas to obtain a unique flavor, but intensely spicy only for chilli peppers, and to extrapolate the active ingredients both by alcoholic infusion and by maceration in hot water.
At the first sip the taste is explosive and very spicy, then the delicate notes of almonds and pasty of saffron take over.
Alla vista predomina il giallo fuoco dello zafferano, all'olfatto il profumo delle mandorle e al gusto l'invadente piccantezza dell'Habanero.
Strongly digestive, it is a natural disinfectant and warmer.
Because of its spiciness, sip it very carefully.
