This liqueur was born from the cold infusion of myrtle berries and leaves from Salento. The berries were harvested in the vesting period .
This liqueur was diluted with herbal teas of infused berries and leaves to obtain a unique and intense flavor and to extrapolate the active ingredients as by alcoholic infusion and also by maceration in hot water.
A strong aromatic taste remains on the palate, thanks to the unmistakable aroma of the berries and also tending to delicate herbal taste thanks to its leaves.
Excellent digestive properties.
Description
Combinations:
- as a digestive at the end of the meal;
- used for cooking red meat, lamb or game;
- in drops or vaporised in cocktails and as an aperitif to impart a Mediterranean aroma.
Filter method: cotton swab.
Any sediments are caused by completely manual filtering.
To be served preferably cold, shake before use.

Un liquore nato dall’infusione a freddo di scorze fresche di lime raccolti nel periodo di maturazione e sbucciati a mano, menta e zenzero.
Diluito con le tisane delle botaniche infuse per ottenere un sapore unico ed intenso e per estrapolare i principi attivi sia per infusione alcolica che per macerazione in acqua calda.
Dal gusto fortemente agrumato e rinfrescante, grazie all’ inconfondibili aromi del lime e della menta.

LIQUORE DI MANDORLE
Un liquore nato dall'infusione a freddo di mandorle amare e dolci di Toritto (presidio Slow Food) e cannella.
I frutti sono raccolti quando secchi.
Diluito con le tisane dei frutti infusi per ottenere un sapore unico ed intenso e per estrapolare i principi attivi sia per infusione alcolica e sia per macerazione in acqua calda.
Il gustoso profumo della mandorla ed il caldo aroma della cannella si fondono, creando un gradevolissimo amabile liquore.

Un liquore nato dall'infusione a freddo di noci verdi raccolti a metà giugno e di spezie varie raccolte tra cui la curcuma.
Diluito con le tisane delle foglie, delle spezie e dei frutti infusi per ottenere un sapore unico ed intenso e per estrapolare i principi attivi sia per infusione alcolica che per macerazione in acqua calda.
Il tenace ed intenso aroma del mallo dei noci freschi, miticato dall'avvolgente e delicato sapore della curcuma e del mix di spezie e caffè, creano un accattivante connubio che conferisce al prodotto strepitose proprietà digestive.
Al palato sprigiona un gusto intenso e persistente di un aroma speziato che rimane persistente grazie soprattutto alla curcuma, al pepe ed al caffè.
