The SALENTO LINE is our historical line with which we were born, a vintage bottle with a label that recalls the names of the fruits in the Salento dialect.

The herbaceous and bitter taste of the artichoke and the delicate and sweet fragrance of the pink grapefruit give the liqueur an intense purifying and digestive property.
Al palato rimane un gusto delicato sia pur tendente all'amarognolo gradevole unito alla rinfrescante fragranza del pompelmo rosa, con un pizzico di retrogusto speziato.

Its characteristic is given by the warm and enveloping taste of the carob beans, considered in pastry as a substitute for cocoa.

Diluito con le tisane dell'intera pianta, e soprattutto con i suoi semi infusi per ottenere un sapore unico ed intenso e per estrapolare i principi attivi sia per infusione alcolica che per macerazione in acqua calda.
