The SALENTO LINE is our historical line with which we were born, a vintage bottle with a label that recalls the names of the fruits in the Salento dialect.

- Nuces: digestive liquor made from nuts, turmeric, liquorice and spices;

- Tris d'agrumi: organic citrus liqueur from Salento (mandarins, oranges and lemons);

Un liquore nato dall'infusione a freddo di scorze fresche di agrumi bio salentini (arance, limoni e mandarini) raccolti nel periodo di maturazione e sbucciati a mano.
Diluito con le tisane delle scorze dei frutti infusi per ottenere un sapore unico ed intenso e per estrapolare i principi attivi sia per infusione alcolica che per macerazione in acqua calda.
Dal gusto fortemente agrumato e rinfrescante, grazie all' inconfondibile e frizzante aroma degli agrumi.

Carciofo – 500 ml
Un liquore nato dall'infusione a freddo di frutti e foglie di carciofo e scorze fresche del pompelmo rosa raccolti nel periodo di maturazione.
This liqueur has been diluted with infused leaves and fruit teas to obtain a unique and intense flavor and to extrapolate the active ingredients both by alcoholic infusion and by maceration in hot water.
The herbaceous and bitter taste of the artichoke and the delicate and sweet fragrance of the pink grapefruit give the liqueur an intense purifying and digestive property.
Al palato rimane un gusto delicato sia pur tendente all'amarognolo gradevole unito alla rinfrescante fragranza del pompelmo rosa, con un pizzico di retrogusto speziato.
Finocchietto Selvatico – 500 ml
LIQUORE DI FINOCCHIETTO SELVATICO
Un liquore nato dall'infusione a freddo di finocchietto selvatico salentino raccolto nel periodo di maturazione.
Diluito con le tisane dell'intera pianta, e soprattutto con i suoi semi infusi per ottenere un sapore unico ed intenso e per estrapolare i principi attivi sia per infusione alcolica che per macerazione in acqua calda.
Al palato rimane un gusto fortemente aromatico e rinfrescante, grazie al suo inconfondibile e caratteristico profumo.

LIQUORE DI LIME
Un liquore nato dall’infusione a freddo di scorze fresche di lime raccolti nel periodo di maturazione e sbucciati a mano, menta e zenzero.
Diluito con le tisane delle botaniche infuse per ottenere un sapore unico ed intenso e per estrapolare i principi attivi sia per infusione alcolica che per macerazione in acqua calda.
Dal gusto fortemente agrumato e rinfrescante, grazie all’ inconfondibili aromi del lime e della menta.

Un liquore nato dall'infusione a freddo di scorze fresche di limoni bio salentini raccolti nel periodo di maturazione e sbucciati a mano.
This liqueur was diluted with herbal teas of infused fruit peel to obtain a unique and intense flavor and to extrapolate the active ingredients as by alcoholic infusion and as by maceration in hot water.
Dal gusto fortemente agrumato e rinfrescante, grazie all' inconfondibile e frizzante aroma dei limoni.

Mandorla – 500 ml
LIQUORE DI MANDORLE
Un liquore nato dall'infusione a freddo di mandorle amare e dolci di Toritto (presidio Slow Food) e cannella.
I frutti sono raccolti quando secchi.
Diluito con le tisane dei frutti infusi per ottenere un sapore unico ed intenso e per estrapolare i principi attivi sia per infusione alcolica e sia per macerazione in acqua calda.
Il gustoso profumo della mandorla ed il caldo aroma della cannella si fondono, creando un gradevolissimo amabile liquore.
